InSaver Video Downloader offers Premium features through both auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time "Lifetime" purchases. By purchasing a Premium plan, you agree to the following:
A. Recurring Subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly) as selected at the time of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Account settings.
B. Free Trials:
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the standard subscription fee after the trial period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
Free trials are typically limited to one per user (new users only).
C. One-Time "Lifetime" Purchase:
The Lifetime plan provides permanent access to Premium features for a single upfront payment. No recurring fees apply to this plan.
This purchase is tied to your Google Play Account.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
All financial transactions are handled securely through the Google Play Billing system. Cancellations do not result in a refund for the current billing period; you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current term. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Google Play support and are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.
3. Content Ownership & Responsibility
Video Downloader allows you to download content from third-party platforms. You understand and agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content you download.
You must respect the intellectual property rights of original creators.
Downloading copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.
We do not host any content and are not responsible for how you use the app.
4. Use License
Permission is granted to use the app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:
Modify or copy the materials;
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the app;
Use the materials for any commercial purpose.
5. Disclaimer & Limitations
The app is provided on an 'as is' basis. Video Downloader shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
